Kelly Carpenter
Kelly qualified as a mental health nurse in 2012 in South Wales, UK. Kelly has worked as Clinical Lead in inpatient crisis services, Nurse Unit Manager at the psychiatric intensive care unit, Clinical Nurse Consultant in recovery services. Kelly also has experience in aged care, drug and alcohol and chronic illness and disease. Kelly made the move with her family to Australia in 2019 and founded Daffodil Therapy and Care, with the aim of bringing her knowledge, skills and experience to the NDIS space.

Brooke Carey
Brooke is an expert in handling complex cases, particularly those involving hospital discharges. She collaborates closely with our health service networks to ensure discharges are both safe and timely. As the team leader, Brooke leverages her extensive knowledge and expertise to guide and support the entire team effectively.

Kelly Swaddle
Kelly is dedicated to supporting complex families, bringing her empathetic and calm nature to create a safe environment for those facing challenges. She collaborates closely with child protective services to ensure the well-being of children at risk. With extensive knowledge of the NDIS, Kelly excels at building connections and networks, providing invaluable assistance to our participants. Her unique approach truly makes a difference in the lives of the participants she works with.

Kim Pelatelli
Kim is passionate about knowledge and dedicated to staying informed about the latest changes within the NDIS. She ensures that the participants she works with have a clear understanding of their plans and NDIS framework. Kim has worked with participants in the justice system and understands how to navigate the NDIS within the prison and legal systems. With her kind and attentive approach, Kim creates a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to learn and grow.

Jayde Lowe
Jayde has a background in disability support work, so brings an understanding of what participants face on a day to day basis in their own lives. Jayde advocates for participants to engage in meaningful activities, and has assisted participants to access study and courses, leading them into volunteer and peer work.

Chloe is life of the party! With her infectious laughter and vibrant personality, she knows how to bring joy to every participant. Her assertive attitude and unwavering passion for advocacy ensure that she always strives for the best outcomes, never down in her commitment to support the participants she works with.

Claire Bandiera
Claire is always looking for ways to connect participants with practical day to day supports, whether it be finding all the food banks in the area, assisting with connecting participants to the right GP for them or seeking support for people at risk of homelessness, Claire will do everything she can to find every support possible, and makes it her mission to be as thorough as she can so that our participants have all the help we can give.
